  1. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect items, please report via e-mail within 30 days upon receipt.
  2. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, original uncut lace, original undispersed curl pattern, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging & gifts attached) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut. Note: We highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, customer must provide us with the return tracking number, as that can greatly expedite the process. Please do not refuse to sign for your package. If you want to return it, please sign for your package first, then email for return instruction. Or you will have to pay the high customs fee resulted from not following our instructions

Returnable Items

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and with the product's package attached.
  2. The incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt. We reserve the rights to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

 1) With an irregular or excessive return history, or involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items, etc.

 2)  Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

  1. In these situations, our team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all our customers across the globe.
